2. Order Cut-Off Times
2.1 Standard & Expedited Shipping

Orders placed before 3 PM (EST), Monday to Friday, ship the same day.

Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday, weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
2.2 Express & Priority Shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM (EST), Monday to Friday, will ship same day.

Orders placed after that cut-off will ship the next business day.
3. Shipping Restrictions
3.1 P.O. Box Addresses

Additional processing time may be required.

We will reach out via email to confirm P.O. box addresses, as some carriers do not accept them.
3.2 Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Only one shipping address per order is allowed.

For multiple shipping locations, please place separate orders.

4. Taxes & Duties

Prices shown on our website do not include taxes.

Sales tax and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International customers: Duties and tariffs are not included. FreshenOPT is not liable for any customs charges that may apply upon delivery.
5. Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
5.1 General Return Terms

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7Β days of purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Certain products are non-refundable (see exclusions below).

Refunds are processed within:

5.3 Filter Exchange (Cabin / Engine)
If you received the wrong filter model or a damaged product, please:

Include your RN number, receipt, and note if you want an exchange or refund.
5.4 Return Shipping Charges

If the return is our error (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping and risk of damage/loss during transit.
5.5 Return Shipping Label

Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return label.

If the return is not due to our error, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.6 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items.
